“things change while helium listen to everyone” melts down snatches of moods and athmospheres from the past two years to a homogeneous sound-experience in seven images. these seven pieces (plus one hidden track), carefully arranged in their relation to each other, represent a conglomeration of musical ideas gathered during your ten mofo’s first years of existence; a conglomeration that nevertheless keeps changing form and appearance – from playful, quirky electro-pop to collossal hymns. having this in mind one might start to appreciate the album title. it is (probably) all about harmony – even if some dark clouds float across – they only create a new context for this harmony to be seen differently – again.
